This Steak 'n Shake has never been great but it did so much better today than I expected. We ordered at a kiosk when we walked in, which was new and concerned me. It only took 20 minutes to get our food, which is really good for SNS. The few employees who were there were nice and we were able to get our own refills, always a plus.
